HMS Warrior

Woke up at silly o’clock to get the early morning flight from Edinburgh to Southampton.

Got picked up by P then met the MD of a supplier we use on one of our products to redevelop a new product.

Then headed down to Portsmouth and had lunch at a Cornish Bakery and I learned that you’re meant to eat a pastie by holding onto the crust and eating the filling (something to do with miners hands). Who knew!

Walked along the harbour and saw the HMS Warrior which was an old 40 gun steam powered armoured frigate built for the Royal Navy and is now a museum ship.

We’re out tonight in Portsmouth for beers and dinner.
