Rowan Berries
A day round home. In the afternoon Clickychick and I went for a walk along one of the circular walks near the village. My only opportunity for photography.
Sorbus aucuparia also known as Mountain Ash because it can cope with high land conditions and the leaves bear a passing resemblance to Ash (Fraxinus excelsior). I particularly like the autumn contrast between the red edible berries and the still green leaves.
