A trip to Keswick this morning where new walking boots were purchased!  Then a walk at Derwent Water where there were geese flying around and it was fluke that I managed to capture some.  No time to check settings etc.  Then another walk at the Manesty end of the lake before going home to take the cat to vet in Carlisle for her annual vaccination.  There's a country shop down the road from the vet, so new wellies purchased!  So all in all a very expensive day.  Hopefully the new purchases will last longer than the current ones!
