My son had noticed something extra in his flank yesterday or even on the day before - he wasn't sure which one. Today, he asked me to check what it was; there was a tick.

I have a tendency to overworry everything, so you can imagine my feelings right now - especially when some people suggest that tick is the most dangerous species in the Finnish nature. I know not all ticks carry the worst diseases, but still...
