The Silberman's have left the building...

My dear friends left this morning, after coffee and freshly baked bread and our final meditation sit together.   Sandra and Gavin have joined us each morning of their stay and it was lovely to have them experience our life here at Big Hill......they headed to Halifax for a few days, then the long trek back to Barrie, Ontario.

We had such a wonderful visit with them, and hopefully they will return in the future.

I had a great time introducing Sandra to pastels and she loved the whole process.....i knew she would!!!
