A Very Busy Day

I was out with Finlay around 6 a.m. This was the sunrise that greeted us on the way back. Sadly just an iphone shot…but beggars can't be choosers!

We then made an early start at the Quilt Show to finish preparing the stand.

The show opened at 10 but things were a bit quiet at first … apparently a major hold up on the A1 was keeping folk away. We soon got very busy and it kept up all day…we have sold a serious amount of stuff.

I did mange to sneak off for a quick coffee and a chat with Airedaleknitter who was visiting the show.

We now have a busy evening ahead getting things together to restock tomorrow morning. Blipping this whilst some leaflets are printing!

Fortunately I have already made some fish pies which are in the freezer, so tea is going to be easy!
