Three go drinking in Cambridge

Sandra, Kate and I try to have a day out together in Cambridge at least a couple of times a year.  It always seems to be a bit of a pain getting a date we can all do now we work, but it is always a welcome indulgence and a very lovely opportunity for a proper catch up.

Drinking gin in the sunshine was the main activity of the day, broken up by a bit of lunch at  Trinity Restaurant and some wine.   

This is the view from the rooftop bar at the Varsity Hotel where we were for James's 21st last Sunday except last Sunday it had rained all day and we didn't get the view.  James, if you're reading this, this is what it should have been like.  xxx
