Cooling off

A busy day. Lots of preparation for cattle work. All the cows in then calves separated off and the quiet wean yellow moustaches taken off and out two fattening bullocks out to join them. Then we separated the first 4 cows off and loaded them into the trailer. Then husband headed to the mart with them an hour round trip as there is a road closed so in total each trip diversion added 20minutes. The cows are in layerage overnight with food and water. After the 3rd and final trailer load headed off Breagh and I got the sheep in. They are so well electric fence trained that even once it's off and down on the ground they took 7 attempts of running them at it to get them out. Then they were a little naughty going into the pens. A quick seperating of the sale Shetlands and the Breagh put the rest of the sheep back. We will take the sheep tomorrow morning to the mart. 

Horses moved back to their field and water refilled after the calves drank it all!! Trailer pressure washed out and that should do it! Dreading tomorrow it's going to be a sad day.
