Up early and took Juno fro a walkin the dark, managed to find company and we chatted as the dogs made themselves happy.

Off to the coaching course, my drills went ok and good feedback. I strained my hamstring again.

Home and watched the rugby.

Took Juno for another walk in the dark up the hill, a sleet shower came through to add value to the experince.
