Mourning Dove Trying To Stay Warm

It was cold, windy, rainy and downright STORMY today! The mourning doves sat in the tree most of the day, all puffed up, trying to stay warm and dry. A sweet group of bushtits flew in for the suet, followed quickly by the Cooper's Hawk, making a swoop through, with NO CATCH :))

I enjoyed a bit of drip photography today from inside...in fact all the photos were from inside...not the best for quality detail, but at least we had some action:)
