After doing a bit more sorting around the house and finishing my packing we went to Corfe. We have been avoiding it over the busy period because of the parking issues there but decided to brave it and parked easily. I love Corfe. Wandering around the old streets is always so lovely, then of course you have to have a cuppa - this time in the NT tea rooms looking up to the castle. The view from the castle looking down onto the town with the hills behind is a favourite of mine.
This evening M and R, J and M came round for a Chinese takeaway - MIL couldn’t come as she has a bad cold. Had a lovely evening, including a lemon drizzle cake J had made.
