How to make Liver look Good!!!

Well, had a very large and strange wedding today....270 guests...very busy and very manic.....
The strangest thing about it was that This was the main course.....Calves Liver......
blugh...yuck...uggggh....lol
I must admit, even though it's not a great pic, the dish looked amazing!!!!....
Though thankfully, I didn't have to eat it....lol
up at 7 tomoz, so away to bed.....x
