Neighborhood Cooper's Hawk

This bird was looking for sparrows, but the rain kept them away from the birdfeeders directly below his yellow talons, so I don't know if he got a meal. Robert Tilley took this picture , under my direction. He has a better camera for this kind of stuff. And he was willing to stand in the rain with his tripod.
