Saxifrage

After a bit of early morning shopping, out into the garden. It has been overcast for most of the day but warm. First I attacked two small trunks from the bay and fir trees that I cut down last year (too much for me to look after), and sawed them into logs for a friend's wood burner. Next was to make a start on clearing up a small bed in the courtyard area which had been planted up from a Chelsea Flower Show idea.  Everything had overgrown and needed digging up and pruning etc. So have made a reasonable start on that. Then I realised the time and grabbed the camera for a quick blip of the bees on the saxifrage :-)
