Cycled down to Parkrun. Arrived late so no PB but a nice 5km run. Cycled the long way home via a gym session then MrsT & I went into Glasgow Fort for lunch at the Gourmet Burger Kitchen. It is nephew L’s 12th Birthday today so we visited my sisters house and caught up with the gang.

Popping into the Cricket Club tonight as it’s the gala day before we see L arrive home this evening from Braemar.
