or day - depending on when you get up - for me, it's been quite lazy - as i continue to struggle with a pattern - of headaches i seem to not be able - to rid myself of no matter what i do - so i'm just laying low these days - trying to take care of myself - do the pampering thing for now - until my next dr appt - to develop a new plan of attack - for now, that and seeing a rainbow of a sunrise - are enough to call it...
