The City from Canonbie Road

Paul and Anne invited me to dinner at their favourite Indian restaurant Barbur in Forest Hill. It's excellent, but also a trek for me.

I decided to leave extra early and plan a few photo stops on the way. Despite the good weather some were more successful than others, largely due to lack of town planning.

Canonbie Road is one of the lightest points in this neck of the woods. I found a gap though the houses. Not pretty, but interesting.
