noisy awakening...

I was woken by a loud noise in the wee hours of this morning. Within minutes a car alarm started screaming..A few more minutes a fire engine arrived, and a few more minutes a police car arrived and parked right outside my window!!! Ididn't have a hope of sleeping with blue and red lights pulsing. So I did what a lot of nosy people do....put on my slippers and a jacket and wandered outside. Some person had crashed into a large parked 4WD ute and ended up at right angles on footpath half way into a garden.  Have no idea how!!!!! I live on a straight quiet road.He was OK, but I suspect had a little too much happy juice of some sort on board. An interesting way to meet some of the neighbours.
