Real tomatoes
Yesterday I told you about my tomato preserves, but the real fact is that these days, I have been eating grated tomato on toasted bread and olive oil for breakfast, gazpacho and tomato salad with boiled eggs and tuna for lunch, and more tomato salad - a different version- for dinner, apart from other things, obviously.
They are in their best moment now and I never get fed up with them.
I have to explain that I have friends who grow tomatoes and they sell their tomatoes freshly picked and at good price.
That's why I have so many tomatoes.
