Chatsworth, weir on the river Derwent

An early start today, the family are here for the weekend. It was exceedingly cold and the first real frost of the Autumn. Chatsworth is beautiful in the early morning before the crowds arrive!

If anyone could tell me what the species of bird on the rock is, that would be great.
