Day 4: Final Day Bournemouth Air Show

Off for dinner ...

22:47 and lying down shattered. Out early to meet friends on beachfront with 17 month old adorable smiley well-behaved little boy ’D’. Walked round air show stands and got some freebies. Towards midday quite hot in the sun and I started to fade. Husband returned from tennis and we all had a drink near the pier. Then lunch at a Spanish Tapas.

Friends took ‘D’ back to Airbnb for a rest. I ended up starting to sort through the hundreds of photos taken over the last few days. Then we all met up again for dinner at Côte.

Tomorrow afternoon friends leave and we’ve arranged to have dinner with brother and sis-in-law in Southampton.

Then I’m not going anywhere or doing anything for the rest of the week. I’m on strike / famous last words :-(
