There was plenty to catch up on today so it was late afternoon when we ventured out to the Norland Scarecrow Festival.    It was very busy - as always - with still lots of people around when we left just before 7pm.   Here's the famous lady herself - Nell Gwyn - outside Norland Working Men's Club.
