Practice makes perfect

She and the ladies next to her were so concentrated on their making of bobbin lace, I didn't dare to disturb them with my question on their gorgeous traditional costumes. I suppose it's West Friesian and wonder if they wear them on daily base or no more. Seldom see people wear traditional costumes here ~ this was taken at a bric à braque market.
