Charity Day event

The company I work for took part in a charity event this morning -EARLY this morning, as in be there at 6.00am to 6.30am.
I was in a four-person team, where one did kayaking, another did cycling, then running, and swimming. I was doing the kayaking leg, and this was the group that went before our team's turn.
Great day, but hard yakka in the kayak. I could barely use my arms after I finished my stint.
