Perfect Light?

I thought this backlit Rose of Sharon might be a good subject for today's Blip photo......I like it. 
This morning we decided to go to a new church; we were pleasantly surprised that there was a potluck lunch after church. We ended up sitting by two fascinating couples during lunch; they talked about their regular weekly breakfast together which sounded like a fun tradition. We have the time for a lot of things now, but we seem to spend all our time alone or with family members.  Not a bad thing, but I would like a bit more socializing with friends. 

Speaking of family, we had a deliciously dinner out with our Son and Grandson; the girls in their family were still at the beach. We never got over to the beachhouse this Labor Day weekend......but got so much done at home. It feel right for us.
