After Dark

I collect Jacob from school at 12:15 and we head directly to OSL. The flight is delayed, and after a tight connection in CPH we’re on our way to BHX.

The sun is setting as we arrive, and I know we’ll be arriving after dark. Jacob sits up front with me, navigating on the iPad. I can get to Ledbury by memory, but I need his assistance to locate Eastnor Castle.

On approach we spot the first Tardis by the entrance gate, with it’s LED beacon atop. These signify the WiFi access points, and tell us that we’ve arrived at Electromagnetic Field. We’re directed into the huge parking area and carry our tent the whole length of the site to find an empty spot, out of range of power, but quiet, which is what we both need after a long day.
