Backblipped (I’m sooooo behind at the moment - and apologies for no comments or etc. I’m slowly getting back to normal after a mad August!)

Busy day at work but a set piece meeting in the afternoon that I wasn’t looking forward to went well as two key people sent apologies!
Home and made a huge fish pie then A and I went down to Princes St Gardens for the firework concert to end the festival. Got a good vantage point to see both the orchestra and the fireworks/castle and settled down in our fold up chairs. We’d not brought a picnic but enjoyed watching everyone else with theirs and she drank her ‘festival wiiiiiine’ and we bought Portuguese custard tarts to nibble.
Great concert of Bernstein first then fireworks to Host’s Planet Suite - perfect! Took millions of pictures of course but also just enjoyed the show without looking through a screen!
