The twice-yearly blood letting.......

......ably conducted today by Chris on the right. Wor Ma's veins were playing hard-to-get as per usual.....it took 3 attempts before they delivered the goods! Amazingly all three of us present were lacking a left big toenail (even though mine's now growing back it still looks like it's been chewed by a dog!)....one of those weird coincidences you couldn't, and definitely shouldn't, make up ;-)

Still haven't made the plum chutney......maybe tomorrow........
