I should be under water

This is Torside Reservoir in Longdendale Derbyshire and another shot of low water levels. I have seen this reservoir lower but only when it was emptied to allow maintenance years ago.

Woodhead Reservoir is even lower.

This does seem to have slipped from the News. Is somebody just sitting with their fingers crossed for plenty of Autumn rain ?
