A spot of lunch!

A beautiful day ........ sunny & warm with just a little breeze ....... just right!

After getting a few bits done this morning .... we headed off for a walk.

As it was such a lovely day we went ....... to Wragby & Goltho Wood ...... another part of the Bardney Limewoods.

So pleased we did ....... it was beautiful there ...... & covers a huge area too! We wandered all over ...... saw lots of butterflies .... including a Small Copper ....... which unfortunately would pose for blip!

There were dragonflies everywhere ....... got quite a few different images of them ..... I liked this one best as it is eating a fly!

Also blipped is an Oak Wasp gall (I think) ...... a very strange looking appendage!
