Looking to Appledore

From Instow. The roads quiet this side of the river. Barnstaple is hosting 2nd stage of the Tour of Britain Cycle Race. So I took advantage of avoiding the crowds, and headed to Instow, 15 mins down the road. There was even plenty of free parking on the seafront, overlooking the Torridge river, and Appledore. So a couple of photos and the obligatory Hockings 99 ice cream and back home. 
Then home to the frustration of waiting (unsuccessfully) on the end of the phone for someone from Flybe to answer. I hung up after 30 mins!!!!!
Not happy :-(
