The Dali

Simply known in Glasgow as "The Dali" Christ of St John of the Cross by Salvador Dalí is displayed in the fabulous Kelvingrove Museum in Glasgow.


I love this place and I love this painting however sadly it is now in a small anti-room off of one of the main galleries and in my opinion it has lost the impact that it had as you viewed it the full length of the arched gallery and were literally drawn to it.


We all spent the afternoon just wandering around and absorbing the ambience of this historic building and its collection.  There were very many foreign voices and very few locals it is sad that the Scot's seem to pass this by
