Tranquil

It was too nice a day not to capitalise on a stroll in the Park. Although the sun was out the temperature did not rise much above zero. The sky was azure blue with the sun shining brilliantly. In the park there were numerous activities. First time I've seen so many horse boxes for a long time. Many folk walking all sorts of dogs (from huskies to Irish wolf hounds). Families cyling together with one or two very unsteady on two wheels !! Joggers splashing through the soft ground were everywhere.
I started the walk near to Streetly gate eventually ending up at my favourite pool. Bracebridge has the peace and quiet when there is a need to seek solace. A popular spot for people to take a breather. The Bistro is just over the hill but I didn't venture there today. I suspected it would have been inundated with customers. Chidren feeding the ducks and fishermen chancing their luck. Altogether a very pleasant morning.
