Annie’s quilt!!

Another day of quilting. I embarked on free motion quilting, a fairly new experience for me, so it doesn’t bear close inspection.

But the recipient of the quilt will be delighted, so that’s what matters. One of these days I will have even length stitches!!!

A little bit of info about yesterday’s quilt. The material is called to the Moon and Back for a young man who is obsessed with space, so is perfect. Also suitable colours, so it won’t look grubby. The yellow and orange squares are launch pads and have the 4 circles for the rockets. That material was bought in Australia and continues my habit of including material from one project into the next!!!!
