We’re here

The taxi was late, the train was even later and standing room only, the flight was even later than that. The hire car was another matter because we tried to find it on floor 4 instead of 1. We were in bed by 3 a.m. today.

A leisurely day at Chantler63’s lovely villa, a necessary visit to the supermarket, where the men went awol to the nearest bar, back for a late lunch and then a trip across to the coast.

We are now well oiled and weary, but the boys are barbecuing what will be tomorrow’s cold lunch.

No lifeguard on duty. There’s a sunset from the villa as an extra, if you can be bothered.
