Tea for Two with Mr Selfridge

Afternoon tea at one of my favourite places, Highcliffe Castle.  My friend and I then wandered over the road to St Mark's churchyard to muse on the transitory nature of wealth: the enormous tomb of Gordon Selfridge's mother; the smaller but ornate grave of his wife; and the plain this-is-when-the-money-ran-out grave of Mr Selfridge himself.
