A loaf of bread

Not any old loaf but one I made in my son’s bread maker. He tried once and gave up so it has been sitting unused for a while. I use a P machine which is a lot different to the C machine he has. I found the instructions most confusing and they don’t weigh ingredients in North America, they use cups. Also, they don’t appear to have the great range of strong flours that we do in the UK and the bags of flour are enormous. That’s why I have had to wait until he bought some himself. It’s too heavy to carry in a rucksack. Anyway, the bread tasted just fine so I hope the machine gets used a lot more now.
