Salmon, cauliflower cheese and carrots

So not a great day at the hospital. activity on my PSA has seen a biggest rise so needs more investigation. Is it an anomaly or disease progression. CT Scan in next two weeks, various other tests but continue on same treatment for next four weeis. Always a rollercoaster but we keep going.

Friend came over and cooked tea and chatted made me feel positive again.
