That yellow thing in the sky appeared once again so I went out on the bike first thing and banged out 50ish miles along the coast.

Later on someone suggested going out for fish and chips to be eaten outdoors whilst looking at the sea. So that's what we did, along with a paddle and some admiring of the sunset. Ace.
