G&T

I had a training day today. It’s quite nice, gentle way to ease yourself back into the term. It was a bit of a dull morning but we got lots done this afternoon as we were allowed to spend the time in our classrooms. This evening we went over to see the Priors who have moved into their new home. We took them a present; some gin balloons and a bottle of gin and some nice tonic. We had a few drinks with them and then came home. Alfie has gone to a party in a nearby village and Poppy has a friend over for a sleepover. They are making the most of the last day of freedom before they go back to school on Thursday.
