More food photography

In celebration of Scottish Food & Drink Fortnight our Head Chef Calum has created some new dishes for the Oyster Bar.
Today he prepared some samples so I could put together the shots for social media.
So here's the first - a Lightly Smoked Salmon Open Sandwich with Langoustine Bisque.
