Singapore River

Another day, another CBD, another river, another set of reflections... We decamped from Perth today to Singapore - 5 hours 20 minute northwards, in the same time zone. All went extremely smoothly, and we were in the hotel about 60 minutes after we landed. Shortly thereafter we went out again, across the river to the Cricket Club, which we managed to access despite the disruptive works caused by preparations for the Grand Prix, which is the weekend after next. It was lovely to see L and L again - for the first time since they agreed to make their liaison 'long term'.
