Starling on the lookout

The story behind this pic is there was a hawk being used to scare them away from a freshly drilled field so they all - there were a couple of hundred or so - took up residence in a couple of trees and watched for the hawk to go, The nearest lower one is keeping an eye on me even though I was away from them using a 1000 lens.
