Sheep a Float

Folk are agog because the weather-wifie is calling for rain.  After 117 days of swimming in silver sunshine it is difficult to mind on where the deckchairs and hammocks are stowed away. 

The Current Mrs Creel is venturing into Kirkwall Library tonight for a talk by Janice Galloway on her new book.  Janice’s husband has heard the talk several times so he is spending the evening with me.  It will be the first time I’ve had writer’s bloke.  You’d be so lucky.
