Farewell Failure

This passage way recently got a facelift and a breath of fresh air blown into it in the way of a trendy street food market. Lots of quirky street food and quality groceries. The passage is not a short cut or even that noticeable from the entrances, there is only a bit of sunlight along a bit of wall. The rents were very high and never got sold out, so it always looked half finished. Less than two years and all the businesses are closed. A real shame for all these independents. There was some real good stuff but I only ate here twice.
