Perranporth

Day 4 of Cornwall hols and we spent the day in Perranporth. I had been there before and remembered it well. Until we got there and I realised I had never seen the place ever before in my life.

Was a nice little seaside town though with bucket and spade shops and a glorious sandy beach.

We lunched in a pub back in Roche and discussed suicide for some reason. We then heard the news that a woman in her mid-30s had jumped to her death at Perranporth in the early hours of this morning. Police and negotiators had tried their best but she went through with her plan. Police were now figuring out who she was to notify next of kin. Some poor family will get the most horrific news later.
