LOVE SUNDAYS...

Had a great 5K #8 walk (with a bit of jogging!) and then a fry up brunch!!!!
Then at swimming met another blipper (although I think she needs to seek medical advice to become more regular!)....hello JEB...nice to know who has been peeking at my little olde life! Really proud of O who is struggling to keep up his swim training but managed to be a personal best! (That's him in the far lane)
