My husband doesn't cook...

but inexplicably turned out this amazing panettone pudding (like a white chocolate sponge with panettone through it) with spiced clementines tonight!
Amazing.
(When I say he doesn't cook, this man does not cook. He is i/c the occasional apple crumble, he makes about 1 cake a year for role-model purposes with the children; he prepares dinner maybe twice a year.) He makes good toast.
(Ahem. I made the delicious classic vanilla icecream you can see on the side ;) )
