Abstract Thursday - Heat Sink

I noticed a few interesting things inside a big piece of equipment in the workshop today. I think it was just another excuse to get the new lens warmed up :o)

This is a heat sink which is used in electronics to dissipate heat and it had a monolith kind of feel to it which caught my eye.
