Went to a lovely chocolate workshop today. Not as easy as i thought!
How to make your own icing bags
How to write with chocolate
How to make ganache fillings - with alcohol
and finally how to make chocolate thins ..

SOOOO i cant show you anything more than the easiest bit of the session .. my pipping bag had too big a whole, my writing ended up like that of a 3 year old but only worse and ganache filling with mulled wine got eaten!! oops

the only thing i managed was these little numbers with sea sort and orange peel and nuts .. yum!
